Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the generation of flow marks by providing a covering agent release opening preliminarily on the surface of a molded product.
CONSTITUTION: A covering agent release opening 28 is provided preliminarily on the surface 27a of a molded product 27. Even if a backflow is generated for the covering agent by constituting elements of a mold, the excessive portion of covering agent is released from the covering agent release opening, and partial swelling or the like of the covering agent on the molded product surface can be controlled by said arrangement. Thus, flow marks are not generated by the covering agent.
