Abstract:
To provide an in-mold locking device capable of maintaining processing quality of a press finished article by a press machine and accelerating a press processing speed.SOLUTION: An in-mold locking device 10 comprises: a movable block 12 which is arranged on a blank holder 4 being pressed by a die 3 attached to a slide of a press machine and holding a blank material 6 in conjunction with the die 3, in a manner movable in a block movement direction orthogonal to a press direction of the press machine; and a stationary block 13 which is arranged on a preceding pad 5 attached to the slide of the press machine. A contact surface 21 of the movable block 12 and a contact surface 22 of the stationary block 13 comprise: a plurality of stages of divided contact surfaces 21a-21b, 22a-22b which are divided into a plurality of stages in the block movement direction and are continuous through steps 23, 24. The divided contact surfaces 21a-21b, 22a-22b of the respective steps engage to be in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
