A release layer, a hard coat layer including an ultraviolet curable resin, a printing layer having a predetermined picture pattern, and a first adhesive layer for adhering the printing layer on a surface of a molded article are provided on one surface of a first base film in this order. A decorative foil provided with a second adhesive layer including double-fluid curable resin, and an uneven pattern shaping foil having an unevenness formation layer comprising thermosetting resin or ultraviolet curing resin are adhered on the other surface of the first base film, and one surface of the second base film, respectively, so that the second adhesive layer of the decorative foil and a surface that does not have the unevenness formation layer of the uneven pattern shaping foil face to each other.
