Title:
IN-PHASE FEEDBACK CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3839779
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-phase feedback circuit capable of stably performing a high-speed feedback operation without being affected by a variation in circuit elements in a differential amplifier circuit.
SOLUTION: The in-phase feedback circuit is provided with a transistor having a gate terminal for receiving bias voltage corresponding to current from a constant current source, the differential amplifier circuit which includes a resistor inserted between a source terminal of the transistor and a ground terminal thereof and outputs output voltage obtained by amplifying a potential difference of input voltage, and a feedback circuit which generates feedback voltage in accordance with the output voltage outputted from the differential amplifier circuit and outputs the feedback voltage between the source terminal of the transistor in the differential amplifier circuit and the resistor.
