To stop all track vehicles in position by fixing a hydraulic cylinder at the ground side, letting the tip end of the reciprocating part of the hydraulic cylinder be hit against the track vehicle having passed a place in position, and controlling the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder acting as an operating body which pushes out the track vehicle to the place in position after the part of the hydraulic cylinder has been hit.

When a traction vehicle 2 travels to the direction indicated by an arrow head A, it is controlled so as to be suspended as shown by (a) in the figure. Based on the detected value of a stroke detector, a control device 16 outputs a control command in such a way that a stroke shall be L1 with respect to a hydraulic device 15. However, the traction vehicle 2 and a pulled rail-mounted vehicle 3 are suspended in a state that the center X of the pulled rail-mounted vehicle 3 goes over a target point Y by δ. After that, the control device again outputs a command to the hydraulic device in such a way that the stroke shall be L2 (>L1). As a result, the pulled rail- mounted vehicle 3 is moved to the direction indicated by an arrow head B as shown by (b) in the figure, and the center X of the pulled rial-mounted vehicle 3 thereby coincides with the target point Y.
