To enlarge an area of a horizontal face of a carrying line and to easily recover an IC dropped from a tray by mounting a carrier table for carrying the tray and a cable bare including a cable in such manner that they are vertically opposite to one another.

When a carrier table 3 is operated, a tray 5 is rectilinearly moved with the movement of a table of the carrier table 3. On this occasion, a cable bare 7 is rectilinearly followed and moved with the motion same as the movement of the rotating caterpillar in accompany with the movement of the tray 5. In this structure, the carrier table 3 and the cable bare 7 are vertically mounted corresponding to each other, so that the effective area of a horizontal face 1 can be enlarged in comparison with a conventional one, and the IC 6 is stopped on the horizontal face 1 even when it is dropped from the tray 5 during the carrying of the tray 5, that is, the dropping of the IC to the further lower part can be prevented, so that the IC can be easily recovered.
