The on-vehicle charging control device 10 does not unilaterally intercept a load or limit the output, but carries out actual processing after confirming the will of an occupant through a display input device 13 such as a touch panel, concerning processing actions about charging of the battery 11 such as turning off the loads 15a to 15f or limiting the output, increasing charging amount even if fuel economy is lowered, turning off a single or the plurality of loads 15a to 15f or limiting the output by freely selecting, and automatically turning off the output limit load or limiting the output on the basis of a past selection history. While preventing impairment of comfort against the will of the occupant, the required charging amount can be ensured. Especially, it is convenient that the loads 15a to 15f to be turned off can be selected.
