To display the front view which is taken images in the running direction of a vehicle without user's operation at desirable timing or at a desirable scene on the display together with the route guidance corresponding to the running condition.

The running state detection part 52 detects the speed of the vehicle, the kind of the road on which the vehicle is running, the traffic information of the running road, the running state determination part 53 determines whether the above running state and the previously set state read out by the set state control part 54 from the memory part 9 are coincident or not. When the running state determination part 53 determined "yes", the image display part 55 displays the real time image obtained from the imaging part 12 in the running direction of the vehicle on the display part 10.
