The in-vehicle electronic devices includes: the user devices having an application part for generating operation information of the in-vehicle devices; a communication part for specifying the position of the user devices in the vehicle and performing communication with the user devices; a first control part for controlling the application part of the user devices through the communication part; and a second control part for controlling the in-vehicle devices to be operated, on the basis of the operation information of the in-vehicle information. The second control part prohibits or permits the operation of the in-vehicle devices based on the operation information of the in-vehicle devices according to the position of the user devices specified by the communication part.
