The system is provided with the in-vehicle equipment controller for controlling the in-vehicle equipment mounted in the vehicle and a memory media for storing user-identification information including biological information indicating a biological feature of the person using the in-vehicle equipment. The in-vehicle equipment controller has a biological information acquisition means for acquiring the biological information, a memory means for storing identification information of a user permitted, an authentication means for authenticating the user of the in-vehicle equipment as the person permitted to use the vehicle, a control means for controlling the in-vehicle equipment in response to the result authenticated by the authentication means and a reading means for reading the user-identification information stored in the memory media.
