A first light emitting diode bus bar 38 for fixing a resistor 14 is fixed to a casing 18 by insert molding. The light emitting diode bus bar for fixing a diode 16 is fixed similarly at the back side from the first light emitting diode bus bar 38 across a partition wall 28. A tip that is bent down diagonally in each light emitting diode bus bar protrudes into a bottom area 44. A light emitting diode 12 is inserted in a light collecting hood 24, and each lead line 42 is inserted into a corresponding hole 43 provided in a bottom plate 30 of the casing 18. The tip of each light emitting diode bus bar is pressed down while coming into contact with a side surface of the lead line 42 moving downward, and comes into electrical contact with the lead line 42 by a biasing force in a state where the light emitting diode 12 is fixed.
