PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form by laminating a plurality of laminates or the like of different thicknesses at one time by uniform pressurizing force without generating creases by use of a general vacuum multiple laminating machine.
SOLUTION: A forming material H and a frame body 6 to which a film body 10 is provided are placed by positioning respectively on a carrier plate 11 and inserted in a plurality of hot plates 5 arranged between opposed faces of a top platen and a bottom platen. After evacuation, the bottom platen is transferred so as to approach the top platen, the frame body 6 is pinched between respective hot plates 5, and a forming space S and a space to be formed T are formed with the film body 10. A solenoid directional control valve 39 is excited, compressed air of a specific pressure is supplied to the space to be formed T from a passage 35 via a pressure duct line 36 with a pressure reducing valve 37 from an air compresser 40, and the forming material H is pressurized with the film body 10. At the same time, pressurized fluid is supplied to a channel 26, and heated. Thereafter, the heated fluid is changed to cooling fluid, which is supplied to the channel 26, and the forming material H is cooled under a pressurized state.
