Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive device which can suppress the thickness of a bolt fastening portion of a housing of an in-wheel motor unit to be fastened to a fixed flange of a fixed wheel of a wheel hub bearing part to a minimum, and hardly generates oil leakage.SOLUTION: A housing 22b of an in-wheel motor unit is provided with a fitting part 22c overlapping an outer peripheral surface of a fixed wheel 33 of a wheel hub bearing part C. The fitting part 22c of the housing 22b of the in-wheel motor unit and the fixed wheel 33 of the wheel hub bearing part C are fastened and fixed by a fastening bolt from the outer peripheral surface side of the fitting part 22c of the housing 22b of the in-wheel motor unit. A screw hole 63 of the fastening bolt is formed on the fixed wheel 33 of the wheel hub bearing part C.
