Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an in-wheel reduction gear, capable of suppressing axial and radial dimensions while suppressing vibration.SOLUTION: An in-wheel reduction gear 300 has a sun roller 10, a plurality of planetary rollers 20, and an internal ring 30. The plurality of planetary rollers respectively revolve while rotating by receiving power from the sun roller in a state of being kept into contact with both of the sun roller and the internal ring. By transmitting the power by contact of the sun roller and the plurality of planetary rollers, a problem on vibration caused by backlash hardly occurs. Further in the in-wheel reduction gear, a bearing 80 disposed between a housing 50 and a wheel 70 is a cross roller bearing. Thus the rigidity between members can be achieved while suppressing the number of bearings. That is, the in-wheel reduction gear can be miniaturized in both of an axial direction and a radial direction, and the problem on vibration can be further suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
