Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incandescent lamp high in stability of radiation characteristics.SOLUTION: An incandescent lamp includes: a substrate made of W or a W alloy; and a near infrared reflection film formed on the substrate. The near infrared reflection film comprises metal which has an effective emissivity in a wavelength band of 0.8-3 μm lower than that of the substrate, and transmittance in a wavelength band of 0.3-8 μm of 0. The near infrared reflection film preferably comprises one of Ta, Mo, Re, Ir, ZrN, TiN and HfN or an alloy thereof, which has a melting point of 2,000K or above.
