Abstract:
To provide a filament capable of improving conversion efficiency in a simple configuration.
The incandescent lamp includes a translucent airtight container, a filament disposed in a translucent airtight container, and a lead wire for supplying the filament with a current, where the filament is a single crystal. A sum of a concentration of lattice defects and a concentration of impurities of the single crystal filament is less than 0.01%.
