Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate optical adjustment of a coil filament by coupling a clip- shaped adjustment member formed by bending a center plate and a lamp socket stepwise and fixing a position by welding after position adjustment in an incandescent lamp for an automobile, etc. CONSTITUTION: An incandescent lamp 1 is provided with a lamp socket 5 thereof at a rectangular opening of a center plate 6, and the center plate 6 has a flange 10 bent outward distant from a bulb 2. The socket 5 at the flange 10 is formed stepwise and is provided with a clip-shaped adjustment member 9. The adjustment member 9 is formed of a thinner wall than the center plate 6 and an edge part 14 distant from the socket 5, and the edge part 14 is provided so as to partially cover the flange 10 of the center plate 6. Further, the flange 10 is positioned between the socket 5 and the adjustment member 9, then the adjustment member 9 is fixed by welding. Thereby, movement of a filament 4 is facilitated, therefore, optical adjustment is facilitated.
