To provide an incense stick holder which gives no trouble even when an incense stick is inclined a little, is easily handled, and enables the incense stick to perfectly burn.

The holder includes: a base 5; a cylindrical part 3 whose bottom part is externally fitted to the base; a bottom surface part 4 constituted of filled nonflammable fibers on the base 5 in the cylindrical part 3; and an incense stick support part 2 having incense stick support holes 21a, 21b in the upper part of the cylindrical part 3 and constituted of filled nonflammable fibers. The incense stick S1 is easily and reliably erected only by being inserted into an upper end opening part 22a. The fired-up incense stick S1 burns in the incense support hole 21b since air is supplied without drawing combustion heat even in the situation of the incense stick S2 where a combustion part F is moved inside the incense support hole 21b. In the situation, little tar is caused and the incense stick support hole 21b is not damaged. Besides, the incense stick S2 perfectly burns in a safety state with the use of the bottom surface part 4.
