To provide an incense tray with cover on which incense is not scattered even by strong wind and has no risk of fire since an incense tray of a box-shaped container is covered with a hood because the incense or ashes are scattered around to cause fire when the fired incense is left on the tray, but once the hood is covered, the hood needs to be removed every time an incense is added later or the incense is tidied up, which is troublesome.

In the incense tray with cover, a cover body having a rectangular bottom plate is mounted on an upper surface of an incense burner, an opening part going through the bottom surface is provided at a center of the bottom plate, a curved cover which is freely bent inward via hinges on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate is provided to form an oblong gap in the center when the cover on both sides are bent inward. The cover is mediated by the gap, the whole is formed into a curved shape, and the cover is wholly provided with many through holes.
