To improve incineration equipment for precisely and stably providing further complete incineration treatment, by attaining the possibility of delicate coping, by reducing influence on a combustion state by a variation in a form of waste and a quantity, by improving treatment efficiency as a whole, by dividedly constituting the incineration treatment of the waste.
This incineration equipment has a gas generating means capable of taking out hydrogen gas and oxygen gas in a separated state by electrolyzing water, a gas supply means for separately controlling and supplying these hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, and an emulsion oil manufacturing means for manufacturing emulsion oil. The waste supplied from a supply part 5 is sent out to a second treatment chamber 11 by applying heating treatment while transferring the waste by a screw conveyor 4 arranged in a first treatment chamber 2, and is burnt and/or melted in the second treatment chamber 11 by intense heat generated by combustion of the hydrogen gas supplied via the gas supply means and the emulsion oil supplied from the emulsion oil manufacturing means.
