To provide an incineration exhaust heat utilization system having a constitution capable of suppressing abrasion of a heat exchanger used in recovering heat without degrading power generation efficiency and combustion efficiency.
This incineration exhaust heat utilization system 101 includes: an incinerator 21 for incinerating charged waste; a waste heat boiler 22 generating steam by using an exhaust gas discharged from the incinerator 21; a bag filter 24 disposed at a downstream side of the waste heat boiler 22, the heat exchanger 23 disposed between the waste heat boiler 22 and the bag filter 24, and recovering heat from the boiler exhaust gas of the waste heat boiler 22, and a direct contact type heat storage device 1 connected with the heat exchanger 23 and storing the recovered heat.
