To obtain an electric incineration toilet for a vehicle in which use of a paper sheet when a toilet is used is abolished and gas produced in incineration of excrement is removed.

A toilet body consists of: an upper surface opening part; a toilet seat and toilet cover covering the upper surface opening part; a guide member of a cylindrical shape or having an inverse-trapezoidal cross section which is suspended from the upper surface opening part; an incineration apparatus having a recessed cross section whose upper end is in contact with or close to the guide member and having electric heaters embedded in the inner surfaces of its bottom surface and side surfaces; an ash tray placed on a bottom surface of the incineration apparatus; a gas suction part provided over the incineration apparatus; and a duct extended from the gas suction part.
