To incinerate solid article and liquid article generated at the time of burning the solid material by one incinerator by providing an air inlet, a liquid article outflow preventive cylinder at a periphery of the inlet, and a bevel at a bottom of a combustion chamber.

Solid articles of petroleum product and chemical product supplied into a first combustion chamber 21 are divided into part becoming gas by burning and part becoming liquid by melting without burning off. The liquid article is fed from a flow passage 11 of a receiver 1 into a second combustion chamber 22, and dammed by a periphery of a flow-out preventive cylinder 4. And, the liquid article fed from the passage 11 of the receiver 1 above the cylinder 4 is dropped on a bottom of the chamber 22 along the bevel 5, and hence not fed into the cylinder 4. The dammed liquid article around the cylinder 4 is burnt by the air guided from an air inlet 3 into the chamber 22 and a flame of burnt article dropped from the chamber 21 to the chamber 22 via the passage 11. Accordingly, the liquid article can be burnt by a solid article incinerator.
