A spherical moving contact 7 which is stored in storing parts 1a and 4a of a first case 1 and a second case 4 to be able to be rotated and brought into contact with and separated from a first fixed contact 2 and a second fixed contact 5 is provided. The first case 1 and the second case 4 are fixed integrally in a state where the first fixed contact 2 and the second fixed contact 5 face each other. Either one of the first fixed contact 2 or the second fixed contact 5 is formed divided and the moving contact 7 is installed to be rolled stepping over the first and the second fixed contacts 2 and 5. The contacts 2d and 5d of the moving contact 7 and the first and the second fixed contacts 2 and 5 are formed in arcs.
