The inclination switch includes a base plate 2, a swing plate 3 supported pivotally by the base plate 2 and becoming one terminal constituting a contact by swinging with gravitational force so that the center of gravity always comes below the swing axis 3a when inclining the base plate 2, a rod-like electrode 4 provided on the base plate 2 and becoming the other terminal constituting a contact, and electrode position variable means 5 provided on the base plate 2 and making the position of the rod-like electrode 4 variable in the swing direction of the swing plate 3, thereby adjusting the inclination angle θ of the base plate 2 when the swing plate 3 comes into contact with the rod-like electrode 4.
