Title:
INCLINATORY CONTROLLER IN TRAVEL VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2785796
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make quick-witted incline control achievable by having both symmetrical level-control cylinders expansively operated contrariwise through an inclinatory control means in the case where the position of a travel car body is varied to some extent by receiving the effect of uneven variations of a soil surface, and making both symmetrical travel gears go up and down contrariously.
CONSTITUTION: A travel gear of a combine makes two support arms 8 and 9 rotate around two pivotally-supported parts 15 and 16 to a car body 1, thereby operating a crawler frame 7 to move up and down. In this case, for example, a fact that traveling ground surface is inclined to the left and thereby the car body 1 is also inclined to the same direction is detected by a both symmetrical tilting sensors, and when the detected inclination becomes more than the fixed value, both left and right rolling control valves are selected and the piared rolling cylinders 3 are expansively controlled contrariwise, through which they are made so as to keep the horizontal position. In brief, the rolling cylinder 3 at the left is expanded so as to uplift the car body 1, and the rolling cylinder 3 at the right is inversely contracted in a direction of receiving the load.
