To reduce a burden applied to the pivot site of an interlocking rod of a throttle input lever and the bearing of a throttle valve stem, and reduce frictional resistance in the pivot site and the bearing so as to enhance responsive sensitivity of a governer by lengthening the throttle input lever in the case of securing a specified lever ratio since a governer lever is relatively long.
This inclined t' engine is provided with a cylinder block 3 leading out a cylinder 2 from a crank case 1 to the obliquely upper direction, a cylinder head 4 and a rocker arm cover 5 are assembled in this order to a leading-out end of the cylinder 2, and the cylinder head 4 is covered with a wind guide cover 6 from its upper side. A governer lever 13 is extended upto an upper side of the rocker arm 5 through the upper sides of both the cylinder 2 and the cover 6.
