Title:
INCLINED SUPPORT MECHANISM OF CUTTING DEVICE BODY IN BENCH CUTTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010125540
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily position a cutting device body in a bench cutting device for cutting a material to be cut on a table with a rotary cutting tool moving downward, when laterally inclining the cutting device body and executing inclined cutting, for example, at an inclined angle such as 22.5 or 33.9 which is a difficult angle for a conventional cutting device capable of easily positioning the cutting device body at a right angle cutting position and a 45 inclined cutting position by a positive lock mechanism but having difficulty in positioning it at other inclined angles.

An inclined support mechanism 20 of the cutting device body 10 includes inclined positioning mechanisms 40A, 40B of a first system and a second system. The inclined support mechanism 40A, 40B of the both systems are of positive stop mechanism type, which performs positioning by bringing changeover rods 33, 41 into contact with stopper bolts B2 to B7, respectively. The changeover rods 33, 41 in the inclined support mechanisms 40A, 40B of the both systems are brought into contact with a different stopper bolt by switching, thereby to position the cutting device body 10 at an inclined angle such as 22.5 or 33.9.
