Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an erasing agent which acts specifically on garlic smells and effectively removes the smells by including sesame oil or sesame extract in cyclodextrin.

CONSTITUTION: The effective components in the sesame oil or sesame extract having the effect of removing the garlic smells are 'selectively' included in the cyclodextrin. When the inclusion thus formed comes into contact with the garlic smells, the effective components getting out of the cyclodextrin erase the garlic smells and the cyclodextrin after the effective components get out thereof contributes to the removal of the garlic smells as well.
