Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incombustible artificial marble for a building and a floor by selectively executing multicolor pattern on a surface by producing it by a simple method with a rigidity and a light weight and a method for manufacturing it.
SOLUTION: The incombustible board is obtained by sequentially laminating a mixture layer 1 constituted by a mixture of an activated clay, stone material fine powder and/or a composition of cement powder, saw dust and/or kaoliang stalk central part, coloring agent, calcium sulfate, calsium silicate, magnesium and magnesium chloride, an epoxy resin layer 3, an adhesive layer 4, a transfer film layer 5, an ultraviolet curable adhesive layer 6 and a protective film layer 7.
