To selectively execute a multicolor design on a surface of an incombustible board simply produced by a simple method, used as an interior decoration or a building exterior with rigidity, light-weight incombustibility and bendability.

The incombustible board is obtained by sequentially laminating a mixture layer 1 constituted by a mixture of an activated clay, and a composition of saw dust or kaoliang stalk central part, coloring agent, calcium sulfate, calsium silicate, magnesium and magnesium chloride, glass fiber layers 2 arranged on and beneath the layer 1, an epoxy resin layer 3, an adhesive layer 4, a transfer film layer 5, an ultraviolet curable adhesive layer 6 and a protective film layer 7.
