To facilitate exchange of a battery in an incoming call display device of a portable communication device, by making it compact even when a battery and an amplification circuit are incorporated, and to exhibit excellent visibility in light emission.

The incoming call display device includes: a base part; a cover part detachably attached to the base part; a substrate having a light-emitting means, a receiving means, an amplification means and a control means; and a battery holder integrally provided on the lower surface side of the substrate. In the display device, the substrate is fixed to an upper end part of a support column upright on the upper surface of the base part so that the substrate can rotate. An end of an antenna or an antenna connecting piece is disposed between the substrate and the support column, and fixed to the support column together with the substrate. This display device is applicable to an LCX cellular phone having small output because of amplification of a response signal. Excellent visibility is exhibited because of blinking of the plurality of light-emitting elements. Since the battery holder is integrally equipped on the lower surface side of the substrate so that both can rotate, the display device can be made compact and a battery can be easily exchanged.
