Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of incomplete combustion by altering operating conditions occasionally to always allow the maintaining of the temperature as given immediately after the mixing of a primary combustion gas and a secondary premixed gas evenly with no reaction accompanying.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature K is obtained beforehand as given immediately after a primary combustion gas and a secondary premixed gas are mixed evenly with no reaction accompanying within a combustor before and after the start of discharging unburned components at an outlet of the combustor. In an actual operation, the amount ma1 of primary air supplied, the amount mg1 of a primary fuel supplied and the preheat temperature Ta1 of the primary air and also, the amount ma2 of secondary air supplied, the amount mg2 of a secondary fuel and the preheat temperature of the secondary air are measured. Based on the results, the temperature Tmix of a mixed gas on conditions is calculated by the formula (wherein H1: heating value of primary fuel, CaT1: average specific heat of temperature Ta1, CaT2: average specific heat of temperature Ta2). When a fuel is supplied into a secondary premixed gas with K>Tmix, operating conditions are altered to meet K≤Tmix.
