To prevent occurrence of uncomfortable feeling due to flowing of urine to an area around testes though leaked urine is absorbed by a water absorption pad, and to prevent occurrence of troublesomeness by discharging urine while keeping standing in the case of going to a toilet for normally discharging urine in the case of a light incontinence.
The incontinence pants consist of a pants body 3 which is provided with: a crotch part 5 at the center of its lower part; parts 7L and 7R surrounding thighs for inserting legs on both of the sides of the crotch part 5; and a waist part 11 at its top. Between the crotch part 5 and the waist part 11 on the front side of the pants body 3, a space part 17 is formed of an inner cloth 13 and an outer cloth 15. An opening part 33 for inserting male genitalia into the opening part 17 is provided at the inner cloth 13. Between the inner cloth 13 formed below the opening part 33 and the outer cloth 15, a housing area 35 for housing the water absorption pad 37 is provided. At least at one side wall of the space part 17, an output/input opening part 25 for outputting and inputting the pad 37 is formed.
