To provide incubation systems that enables efficient cell observation in a large-scale culture.SOLUTION: An incubation system 10 is equipped with a translucent member 21 that partitions at least the bottom surface of a space in which a translucent culture container 27 in which cells 28 are cultured is accommodated, a plurality of incubators 20 having a thermo-hygrostat 39 that maintains constant-temperature and -humidity of the space, an imaging device 70 capable of optically imaging the culture container 27 through the translucent member 21, in a space below the incubator 20, and a moving device 80 that moves the imaging device 70 below the plurality of incubators 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
