To provide an incubator storage device capable of preventing risk of mix-up in a take-out work of a sample and a return work of a sample after processing of the sample, and suppressing contamination diffusion in a work chamber when contamination occurs in a chamber.SOLUTION: The incubator storage device comprises: a pedestal which is divided into a plurality of zones with door blades as partition walls; and a suction/exhaust structure comprising an empty area exposed to an opening of a housing in use time, and shielding a fan-shaped area including other incubators from inside-of-work chamber atmosphere by the door blades, and being formed of an exhaust duct independent from inside of the work chamber in the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
