Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an index print sheet by which the collating of extra printing is facilitated.
CONSTITUTION: A transparent sheet 18 for ordering the extra printing is attachably/detachably stuck to the print surface of an index print sheet main body 10. In the case of ordering the extra printing, the number of extra printing of a positive picture 12 to be extra-printed is entered in a blank 20 for entering the number of extra printing of the sheet 18 corresponding to the positive picture 12 while confirming the respective positive pictures 12, 12,... of the index print sheet main body 10 above the sheet 18. Thus, the collating of extra printing is more easily performed than the case paper for ordering extra printing is separately prepared.
