Abstract:
To provide an indication rod which prevents disconnection due to repeated expansion/contraction of a telescopic cylinder.SOLUTION: An indication rod includes: a grip part including a power source; a telescopic cylinder expanding/contracting in one direction from the grip part; and a tip part provided on an end part on the opposite side from the grip part of the telescopic cylinder. The grip part includes a first connector electrically connected to the power source at the end part on the telescopic cylinder side. The tip part includes a power storage element electrically connected to a light source and a second connector electrically connected to the power storage element at the end part on the telescopic cylinder side. In the state where the telescopic cylinder is contracted, the first connector is electrically connected to the second connector, and an electric current from the power source is charged in the power storage element. In the state where part of the telescopic cylinder is expanded, the first connector and the second connector come into an electrically non-connected state, the power storage element discharges electricity and the electric current is supplied to the power source. Thereby, disconnection due to the repeated expansion/contraction of the telescopic cylinder can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
