To provide an indirect-steaming cooling system improving productive efficiency and applicable to miniaturization and simplification.

The indirect-steaming cooling system is so designed as to carry out steaming/heating treatment and cooling treatment in a single piece of a heat exchanger 10. The steaming/heating treatment comprises supplying a heating medium for heating via a heating medium exchange means while circulating a treatment liquid via a treatment liquid circulation means to subject the heating medium for heating and the treatment liquid to heat exchange in the heat exchanger 10 so as to heat the treatment liquid. The cooling treatment comprises supplying a heating medium for cooling via a heating medium exchange means while circulating the treatment liquid via the treatment liquid circulation means to subject the heating medium for cooling and the treatment liquid to heat exchange in the heat exchanger 10 so as to cool the treatment liquid.
