A connection mechanism 20 for turnably connecting the small desk 14 to a frame supporting a seat plate and a backrest includes: a first connection block 21 attached to the frame; a second connection block 22 connected to the first connection block 21 turnably through a horizontal shaft 24; a third connection block 23 connected to the second connection block 22 turnably through the connection shaft 25 and attached to the lower surface of the small desk 14; a locking projection 26 provided on the side of the third connection block 23 and projecting forward from the small desk 14; and a stopper 27 formed to be projected on the rear surface of the first connection block 21 so as to be engaged with the locking projection 26.
