Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance and adaptable driver action prediction system.SOLUTION: A computer-implemented method includes a gathering step for gathering sensor data from a plurality of sensors included in a vehicle, a detecting step for detecting a driver action using the sensor data, an extracting step for extracting features related to predicting a driver action from the sensor data, a training step for training a basic driver action prediction model using the extracted features and the detected driver action thereby generating a customized driver action prediction model adapted to driving environments, and a predicting step for predicting a driver action using the customized driver action prediction model and the extracted features.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
