To corral a guest to a repeat customer or regular customer and enhance efficiency of reception by telephone on an order reception center side.
A menu original to a guest who has ordered is registered to a menu DB, a menu number is individually paid out anew, and is formed into a standard menu, which an orderer is notified of. A means of notification, for example, is a telephone during telephone ordering or paper clearly stating the number that is handed over during the home delivery of the product. When ordering for the second time and after that, the individual menu number already paid out is presented by the guest in advance, which an operator searches for on a system just like a standard menu to obtain the last product change content and deal with the order. The menu after a change of product is instantly recognized by the orderer and the operator, so that order is quickly dealt with, the efficiency increases, order errors are prevented, and services to the orderer are improved.
