Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically record a necessary broadcast by allowing an individual receiver such as a disaster prevention institutional radio system to incorporate a simple recording and reproducing part, to display the presence or absence of the recording, and to prevent the broadcast from being missed.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a recording and reproducing part 4 which encodes and stores an inputted sound signal, decodes the stored encoded sound signal, and reproduces the sound signal, and a control part 5 which is provided with a function which activates the recording operation of the recording and reproducing part when a recording activating signal is inputted, stops the recording operation of the recording and reproducing part when a recording stopping signal is inputted, transmits a recording display signal indicating the completion of the recording by using the input of the recording activating signal and the recording stopping signal, activates the reproducing operation of the recording and reproducing part when a reproduction switch is turned into an ON state, and allows the recording and reproducing part to switch the reproducing operation to the recording operation when the recording activating signal is inputted during the reproducing operation. Then, the recording and reproducing part and the control part are incorporated in this device.
