The cover 5 is so put on the pipe body 4 that it can't be seen from the outside and, at the same time, it is so constituted that the wall 1 or the ceiling 2 is harmonized with an outward form, color, design and the like of the cover 5. Accordingly, piping can be easily carried out without spoiling the beauty.
