Abstract:
To provide a magnetic bias type inductance element with Sr ferrite capable of being sintered at a comparatively low temperature and its manufacturing method.
When a magnetic layer and a conductive layer are laminated and formed by a printing laminating method, a permanent magnet 3 composed of Sr ferrite is mounted into the magnetic layer. Sr ferrite has 10 mol% or less of CuO and at least one kind of Bi2O3, B2O3, V2O5, Na2B4O7, H3BO3 and SiO2 is added at most 1% at weight percentage in the total amount.
