Abstract:
To make the evaluation of the inductance of an inductor based on the consideration of the dependency of the inductor on a current.SOLUTION: The method for measuring an inductance includes a first step, a second step, and a third step. In the first step, a predetermined voltage V1 is applied to a measurement circuit 1 from a voltage generator 2. In the measurement circuit 1, a capacitor 11 and an inductor 12 with an unknown inductance are connected in series or in parallel to the voltage generator 2. In the second step, the resonant frequency of the measurement circuit 1 is determined. In the third step, the inductance of the inductor 12 corresponding to the current I1 flowing in the measurement circuit 1 is determined on the basis of the resonant frequency of the measurement circuit 1 and the capacitance of the capacitor 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
