To provide a tape binding device which has a simple constitution and is easily maintained and handled and further has light weight and good working efficiency.

An object to be bound such as a column 37, a branch 38 or the like abuts on an adhesive layer of an adhesive tape and enters a U-shaped binding part 22, and then wrapped and bound with an adequate length and strength with the adhesive tape 33 by pivotably moving a semi-circular body 21. Adhesive surfaces of the adhesive tape 33 are adhered together by a tape press part 20 and a crimp rollar 23. The semi-circular body 21 is pivotably moved by the return operation of a pulling spring 19 and returns to a normal state. The bound object and the adhesive tape 33 are discharged to an inlet of a guide groove 28. A part near the top end of the adhered adhesive tape 33 in buttseam is stuck with a tape holding needle 10 before the tape cutter edge 15 in one end of a flame body. The adhesive tape 33 is cut by pressing the tape cutter edge 15 attached to the one end of the frame body.
