Abstract:

PURPOSE: To balance the weight of an induction coil for collecting power by a method wherein the number of turns of induction coils for current collector is changed in accordance with the magnitude of a space higher harmonic.

CONSTITUTION: A superconductive magnet 6 and induction coils 1W5, 8W17 for current collection are provided on a train by facing to ground coils 7. The number of turns of the induction coils 1, 2 having a comparatively higher induced voltage out of the induction coils 1W5 is increased and the number of turns of the induction coils 3, 4 having a comparatively lower induced voltage is decreased. In this way, the weight of the induction coils for collecting power can be balanced and current collection efficiency can be improved.
