To make it possible to execute the work of the connection between coils at the wide space on the outer peripheral sides of the coils by a method wherein the taps of the coils are used as the extension lines of the winding start leads of the coils and the connection between the coils is made by connecting winding end leads, which are respectively positioned on the outer peripheral side of each coil, of the coils to each other.

Two coils 2 are arranged on one leg of a core 1 and electrostatic rings 4, which respectively have one place of an electrode isolation place 3 consisting of a conductor, are respectively arranged on the upper coil 2 and under the lower coil 2 for relaxing an electric field in such a way as to batch-insert the two coils 2 between them. The tap of each coil 2 is used as the extension line of a winding start lead 5 of the coil 2 by a method wherein each winding start lead 5, which is positioned on the inner peripheral side of the coil 2, is connected to the inner peripheral side of each electrostatic ring 4, to which the coil 2 is adjacent, and each tap lead 7 is connected to the outer peripheral side of the ring 4 to use the lead 7 as the extension line of the winding start lead 5. The connection between the coils 2 is made by connecting winding end leads 6, which are respectively positioned on the outer peripheral sides of the coils 2, with each other.
