To provide an induction heating apparatus, along with its construction method, capable of absorbing core displacement between an end part of a tube body of one induction heating unit that is connected and an end part of a tube body of the other induction heating unit, and avoiding a case in which end parts of the heating tube bodies are lined up in arrangement direction to generate a non-heating region.
Induction heating units 10a which each include a heated member 11 and tube bodies 12 arranged parallel to the heated member 11 by a plurality of numbers, are connected in series. The induction heating units 10 which are connected are so configured that positions of end parts 12a of the tube bodies 12 adjoining each other are different, and between the end part 12a of the tube body 12 of one induction heating unit 10a and the end part 12a of the tube body 12 of the other induction heating unit 10a that are connected together, a bendable intermediate pipe 17 is interposed. By this, core displacement can be absorbed between the end parts 12a of both tube bodies 12 that are connected. Since positions of the end parts 12a of the tube bodies 12 adjoining each other are different, heating positions complement each other to avoid occurrence of a non-heating region.
